Ika question ... getting back into the game after a long absense...

i now have 3 cities,

town 1 has palace lvl 3

town 2 has governor's residence lvl 1

town 3 has gov res lvl 1 ....

there is a small amount of corruption in towns 2 and 3 ... ilke 33 % each.... do i just need to raise palace to 4th lvl or each of the gov res's to lvl 2 to eliminate the corruption ?

you need to raise the residence's to the number of non-capital towns (ie 2 in your case) -- nm - tRuMaN Mar 2, 12:30
