yep, and then, literally, just hang. keep your legs strong, but let the top half of your body just hang forward.

crown of your head pointing straight down. top half just limp - let gravity do the work. breathe into the spots that hurt.

I do three positions on my back. The twist; one leg at a time straight up; and one leg at a time drawing the knee toward the chin. -- nm
