i also swear by spinal twists on your back.

for those who don't know: lay on back, arms straight out. bring knees up towards chest . let knees fall to the left, turn head towards right. let gravity do work and breath (also, try to keep both shoulders on the ground - again, use gravity, not forcing.)

then reverse.
