Yeah, the Tylenol/Advil combo has worked much better than the Vicodin.

In this case, though, the Vics are helping me get a teeny tiny bit of sleep, because the Advil/Tylenol combo isn't even coming close to getting rid of the pain.
I have never looked forward to getting teeth pulled so much in my life. :)
(It's been a long few weeks.)
