ok, so I need some suggestions..... my 2 year old has been sick

had been to the doc on Monday, told he had a viral infection, just give him some motrin and wait it out.

Last night we got a whopping 2 hours of sleep because he was up screaming all night. This morning, he has a rash on his chest and back, is pointing to his throat, saying boo-boo. He has a 99 fever. He is going to go to the doc when they get in at 9:00, but I am curious if anyone has gone through this and has any ideas what it might be? He has had his MMR shots.

Our daughter had "Fifths Disease" when she got a rash a few weeks ago. Not sure if that's it or not, but it didn't come with a sore throat or fever. - JaxSean Mar 3, 06:22 1
