I need to wake up.
All player salaries are increased by $2 or 10%, whichever is greater, rounded up. Teams may keep less than 7 players if they wish. Players may be kept for a maximum of 4 years. If a player is traded, he retains his contract price and year. Total salaries of players kept is subtracted from the $260 budget which each team has to work with on draft day.
