feeling bad about what others are going through is normal and fine and shows you're a good and decent guy, but no guilt.
some parts of companies do better than others, some are more tightly run than others, some provide more benefit vs. cost than others - it's just the way things are.
the bonus is a regular part of your compensation, not an in-your-face-laid-off-coworkers thing, right? (I'm presuming it's incentive planish.) no guilt.
