If he doesn't want to meet up, there's a reason. Assuming it's not geography, it is something else.

Online dating is a great way to 'meet' all sorts of people who you would not encounter in real life. But if you are on the site to look for a real-life relationship then you need to take it to the real world.
i wouldn't ultimatum exactly, but you need to let him know that you are ready for an in person meeting. and if he still hesitates, you need to wonder why.
