They don't have to have *no* assets, just assets that the hospital can't touch. For instance...we can't take their car. If they don't own a house or

have a job, we're basically screwed. No liens, no garnishing.

We'll get the judgement...and if that person ever gets something or a job...we'll try to execute on that judgement...but it's not likely to happen.
