Hey ML: I asked the wife about cutting sugar out of our diet. She replied "I would rather DIE." -- nm

I have sugar in the cupboard somewhere but rarely use it. Given the option I buy sugar-free so about the only sugar I eat is the stealth variety.

It's hard to imagine cutting ALL sugar out of your diet. What, never eat fruit again? etc. -- nm

They usually "added sugar," so what occurs naturally is fine. The real problem is processed/packaged foods. The thing is, it's so easy to *cut back*

Exactly. I (try to) eat a lot of fruit but nothing with 'added sugar.' -- nm

if anything, our bodies *love* to process it. they're built for it. (that's part of the problem :) ) -- nm
