They usually "added sugar," so what occurs naturally is fine. The real problem is processed/packaged foods. The thing is, it's so easy to *cut back*

on sugar. (No soda! No candy! No sweet snacks except stuff you bake yourself! No dessert when you go out!) "Eliminating sugar" is just silly, it seems to me. It's not as if our bodies are somehow unable to process it.
