i have spent 45 minutes on the phone with Bell fighting over an 11 cent late fee.

i'm fighting because i paid the last bill early and in full.

it's reflected on the current bill - correct payment, payment in full, paid on time. Balance forward = 0.

next line: Late Penalty fee 0.11.

the guy on the phone is telling me it's because i didn't pay the last bill before the new invoice was issued. EVEN THOUGH he is looking at the same invoice as me showing it was. and he says their records show the payment as it should be.

maddening.
