oh lyc, I cooked a brisket over the weekend.

basically took a 3lb brisket, put it in a crook-pot for 8 hours (i covered it with 1/3 to 1/2 of a bottle of bbq sauce, 1/2 to 2/3 a cup of water, and also put a sweet rub i have on it).

everyone at work loved it.
