as a non believer (a professional one at that) I find it so bizarre how worked up folks get over someone else's pseudo-beliefs.
I remember as a kid reading about indigious people's beliefs, basically a cosmic cat coughs up an earth sized hair ball, variations of that theme, of course the instructors would read it off with the smirky untone of how quaint these ignorant savages were, but really adam/eve, snakes and apples? the cosmic snap of the fingers and everything was cool?
so essentially billions of people are willing to kill billions of others, or spend a lot of time and money to make them change their ways because the other's pray on their left knee instead of their right, and jews, who pray standing up, seem to piss everybody off, especially the ones who pray while on all fours.
