I missed it at first too, but then picked it up on the west coast airing. Spoils.

Wilson asks house what he found underneath the god stuff; House says:

"Underneath all that God stuff? ... More God stuff."

then the camera moved back inside the hospital lobby as they walked away, and Cuddy said "Can someone call maintenance to take that down!?"

-- Someone had put up a giant poster above the exit/entrance, for Wilson's movie role. :)
