The Tortoise and the Hare ... IPO Nov. 17, 1999 ... currently in development hell ...

bought it at $2.33 a share ... currently valued $33.31, for a profit of $1,549,000 / + 1,329.61%

... and even then, it's not the highest percentage gainer in my port (so maybe 100 Pac Points up for grabs if someone can guess which one that one is)
