We had to have a visa or some such that was to be displayed in the windshield of our vehicle to go further than a 100 miles in. It was supposed to take a couple days. After Andrew Jackson exchanged residences, it was produced in 10 minutes.

I was a kid who was a bit naive and I was really shocked.
