i said, what americans hear and the reality don't mesh.

and i said, if i avoided countries whose leadership i disapproved of, i would never have gone to the US under Bush.

however, i can distinguish between Cuba/Cubans/Castro, the same way i can distinguish between USA/Americans/Bush.
