but worried about the security... i.e., your personal medical records getting accidentally made public or stolen.
I'm sure this is a bad thing. But why? I still can't think of a situation where the leak of my medical records would actually make my life harder. SSN, sure. Bank records, certainly. But I'm not seeing the actual *consequences* of my medical records getting stolen.
