and most importantly, your boss who's under the gun to cut expenses and lay off a few and gee if your health, while not a job issue yet, does show signs of up coming medical problems, well why not cut the problem off now even if you are currently a valuable asset and it would take awhile for a new guy to take over.
and of course theres always your insrunace co who would be interested, even auto insruance can be effected by your health status (fainting spells? drinks too much?) that there is worry about your grocery store discount card revealing too much about you to your insurance co and/or employer
