I don't remember ESPN asking for that last year, and the Ravens didn't beg off a prime time game against Pittsburgh.

They asked to have the game in Baltimore. Not to big a request considering that the last two (at least) prime time matchups between the two teams took place in Pittsburgh. I would expect most teams would try to avoid three straight seasons of road prime time games against a division rival.
