i think it remains to be seen whether it was foolish but the timing with the economy couldn't have been worse

the last i read about it, there's a referendum in AA Co. that would prevent them from being put in Arundel Mills??
Allegany County desperately needs them at Rocky Gap. i hope something works out for them soon
