...the owner being behind -- wait for it: one payment, and her being treated like so much dirt by the customer service people at BofA.
BofA needs to totally hang its collective head in shame over this one.
Her court allegations sound spot on, including that the BofA agent 'stole' her parrot, and kept it away from her for nearly a week.
This is Just Wrong!
