Spawn, what would you do in this situation

on .org, there is a dude on my island who has gone inactive again, I think he did this before when I played actively - his total point score is 1,416 and he is a member of the Relex alliance

he has an empty building spot in his town, his wall is level one, his warehouse is level one and he has
9,500 wood, 0 wine, 3,913 marble, 4,654 crystal, 1,709 sulfur.

So it doesn't seem like he is using his resources or playing the game much. I shouldn't feel guilty about pillaging the heck out of him, right?
