It includes lots of things includes homosexuality, wickedness, evil, depravity, lying, gossip, etc. etc.

The point of it all being that we're all sinful beyond help. God hates sin. As such, we should be despised but because of God's grace and love, he has offered us redemption through Jesus, etc. etc.
