(I also rarely bring up Fantasy Football, for that matter)
Part of the annoyance with MH to me is that it's basically slot machine playing, and people monopolizing the conversation with randomness does get annoying. I don't need to hear about every damn thing that happens.
There's also a bit of difference when talking about strategy rather than just results, though I keep that to a minimum as well.
