usually, it's if I don't have time to wait for an answer elsewhere or answering/joining-in on something that's already here.
that said, it is what it is; and, as has been laid out before, it's not worse than so many other things.
I'm baffled that anyone would repeatedly complain about volume now, especially. it's spurty and not that frequent, relatively, even with the war.
