unrelated. One of the best things I've heard from the Pastor at the Willow Creek church (HUGE church near us) is that he regularly says in his sermon

for people to go back to their local community churches and attend church there. He really believes in the small group ministry despite being the pastor of a "mega-church". They have huge small group ministries. I think Rick Warren's (The Purpose Driven Life) church has something like a 160% small group attendance. More people attend a small group weekly than attend the church services en mass
