do you have spot checks now? we have the RIDE program.

it just means that on major city streets (at night, usually), there is a spot check of every car. you just pull up beside a cop, they talk to you for about 10 seconds, and you go on your way. unless they have reason to believe you are intoxicated, then you get tested further.
it takes NO time, and it deters TONS of drunk driving.
