Here's how I tend to define sin, and let me know if it helps: sin is more broadly defined than a list of actions.

Sin is, in it's most overarching definition, any action that damages your personal relationship with God. There is a long list of actions that are generally accepted to fall under that definition, i.e. killing dudes and whatnot.
But as a relationship with God is a personal thing, that means different things to different people, so then must sin be a mutable concept. If you have a relationship with God and feel that being able to love your partner strengthens that relationship with God, in much the same way that it does for a straight couple, then no, I would not define that as a sin in the slightest.
But I don't speak for everyone.
