the cops won't be allowed to pull you over for no reason and breatho you. if you're at a roadblock, or pulled over for something else, they can. -- nm

Okay, is the law *only* for checkstops? (I still oppose, but want to clarify.) My understanding was it would be in force during any stop. -- nm
