Yes it is Bery. It's about asking me to take a breathalyzer when I present no evidence of drunk behaviour.

As soon as the officer smells alcohol, I slur my words, or he sees an empty beer can in the back seat, he can "ask" me to take the test or apply the failure to take one charge.
