The history curriculum would have no impact on what schools kids get into. It's not on the SAT's or ACT's and otherwise it's just a grade. The

content for that purpose is irrelevant. I have no idea what the teachers will teach. It probably depends on the teacher. But my guess is that if conservative parents find the teachers going off curriculum they will make an issue of it and the teachers will risk discipline. That's the danger of putting it in the curriculum.
