I use the same ceremony, almost word for word (after all the point of the event is the same) and at the end I fein confusion and pronouce them husband

and, er, ah, husband.

that said, I am a one trick pony, I just do a basic civil ceremony, expanded a bit from the one I learned at San Fran city hall.

btw, when they first started doing domestic partners almost 20 years ago, the supervisors wrote some god awful words that only a beurocrat could coble together, I commit myself to this relationship of mutual caring, something like that.

the first day TV cameras were in everybody's face while the commissioners stumbled through it, the next day, almost all the commissioners dropped it and went back to the same ceremony for marriages.
