By "letters", I assume these are coupons from the pizza place redeemable for service. i.e.: They give you two letters, you get two prizes. Somehow, four prizes have been redeemed, yes?
I understand the "I did this work, I deserve the compensation" mentality. It's logical thinking (albeit wrong) for a 10-yr-old. I doesn't work for an adult.
