i'm trying to figure that out.

they have four number series going - A, B, C, and D - for new SS cards, disability, retirement, and 'other business.'
I got sick and tired of playing phone tag with the manager here, so I decided to drop in to discuss a few cases i'm working on. so I picked 'other business'
but it doesn't seem like any other lines are moving any faster.
