Mostly they're secondary schools, however some might call themselves colleges or something else.

Yes you can leave at the age of 16 after your GCSE exams, or you can stay on to do 2 years of 'A' Levels. We don't do school reunions.
Most degrees at university take 3 years, on my course I had a work placement year too so it was 4 years.
