You can get a personal trainer at a gym for about $50/hr, but they only get to keep $10-15 of that. Solo trainers charge similar amounts, keep all of it, but have lots of expenses for gym equipment, insurance, marketing, etc.
I'm currently renting the room for $450. Market price is $600 is this area.
It would cost me $600 to have 12 training sessions in a month, and we're going to the gym almost every day, so I'm getting my value for sure. If he's getting $15 from a gym for training, he needs 30 sessions to hit the 450 figure.
He wants to be an independent guy, but has no business or marketing acumen to make it happen. Isaiah has prodded at him to make use of my talents in these areas, but he hasn't even brought it up.
