will be greatly appreciated. I have IE 8 which I installed recently, but I think I've opened Outlook since then.

If you start Task Manager (right click on the bottom bar and start it), do you already have a copy of Outlook running under Processes? If so, end it - oblique Mar 17, 21:40 4

  - Most often it's because you have another piece of software that's hooked to your email (sync, blackberry, palm, something) which keeps the connection - oblique Mar 17, 21:55 1
