with Acosta throwing every pitch a foot off the plate, and Jeffy swinging and fouling off every one.
The AB would end after two hours, after Acosta gets tired he bouces one in the dirt that Frenchy can reach. Of course Frenchy being Frenchy would swing at it, making it strike three, but the ball would get past the catcher, and Frenchy would end up safe at first.
These are the things I get to think about as a Mets fan.
