I was on a jury that was deadlocked for 1 out of the 3 charges

Possession, Possession with intent to sale and manufacturing of Meth.
He plead guilty to the first two, but not guilty to the last one (Which would have added 7 years to the sentence). Most of the jury thought the DA didn't have enough evidence for that charge. We tried for about 8 hours but were stuck 8-4
