Here's what I don't understand, though.

Even though she's angry that she's dying and nobody else is - wouldn't you want your family to be taken care of? She is going *out of her way* to put the family in financial ruin after she dies. "I'm not leaving anything to my husband so he has nothing to spend on a new wife." is a favorite of hers. "My family is not deserving" is another.

I can understand her anger, but...it's like she's intentionally making this hard on everyone else, like if she's suffering, they're going to, too. (Like they're not already...)
