She's said all along that everything but this policy goes to him; that policy is split tween me and disphit.

she's backed off the bankruptcy and back on and off becuase she's not sure she wants to let him with a clean slate.
I'm upset more about the fact that she's said she won't leave us high and dry and then is doing so in a petulant manner.
