but both difficult for Will. Probably much easier for her husband. I would personally take that route. He's going to be in a world of hurt financially if this goes down badly and an estate lawyer should be able to help minimize the problems they will have after her passing and also advise on perhaps the best way to move forward with her situation. It isn't all about the money, but her husband is going to get his ass handed to him if she were to pass right now.
