I'm so sorry. While I don't know the complete story it's sounding like the time that you really have to start looking out for you and your kids. It's sad to say and I find it admirable the lengths you have been willing to go to help her, but at some point it's up to her to want to get help herself whether it is a physical or other ailment. It's sounding like an addiction type situation where you risk being an enabler because you're trying to help. Feel free to ignore this if I'm missing some information or if I'm just way off base.
