GOP chairman Michael Steele said that he out-raised the Democrats 7-out-of-12 months.

First, that only means he out-raised Democrats a bit more than 50% of the time.

Second, if he had raised more funds outright, he would have said so. Instead, all he's got is "7-out-of-12 months".

When does he run out of straws to grasp?
