STIS, any advice on this pre-owned car?

No sure why this is so cheap at the Nissan dealer. The Honda dealer has theirs for $21k with 58k miles on it.

The history report has no accidents... it was a fleet or rental vehicle bought by the dealer at auction. Not a taxi or police or government vehicle.
