Honestly, Comcast is the least bad of all the evils. Although their customer service sucks.

Comcast's biggest strike is customer service. If you find the right guy, you'll get something fixed. But you may have to talk to 5-6 guys before that happens.
In terms of internet service, a 250 gigabyte bandwidth cap is hardly restrictive (especially when you hear Time-Warner talking about caps in the 15 gb range) and they do have speedy service and competitive prices. Plus, you can abuse their retention services to continue getting good prices before finally bolting to whomever your local phone provider is for DSL.
With that said, I wonder how long before they start abusing their newfound freedom to throttle.
