(A) Consumers don't see the old-price vs. new-price and see it's only 15% higher, (B) Restaurants would undoubtedly round-up,

so that $9.99 meal is now $11.99 (so up 20%).

For a family of five, that dinner is now $10 higher, and they might not have tipped the full 20%.

I just think people will see higher prices, not "you don't have to tip anymore."
