yesterday we had terrible service in a nice place, we were the only ones left in the place yet the dingbat forgot to bring our salads and my mom ...

who had just come out of physical therapy and needed to ice her knee asked for some ice in a bag and first she said they didn't have any plastic bags then just forgot or whatever.
still my mom tipped, I normally tip but that was one time I might have left some small change.
